The name is encapsulating the essence of being in a serene forest on a pleasant day— calm and relaxing, like “It’s so silvae!”.

The album "Deeper" blends global natural sounds with unique elements from the indigenous Sami people.

Elin Kåven and Robin Lynch, both experienced musicians with diverse backgrounds, have joined forces once again - well known for their electronic duo "Elin & The Woods."

So Silvae creates a soundscape that evokes the tranquility of nature.

About the Members:

Elin Kåven:

Hailing from Karasjok, Norway, Elin Kåven is a celebrated Sami singer and yoiker with a 20-year career. Her diverse creative projects range from Arctic folk pop to Norse-influenced music, consistently drawing inspiration from nature and mythology.

Robin Lynch:

Robin Lynch is a renowned musician, songwriter, and producer, with a track record of crafting hit songs for artists like Pink, Jessie J, and Cher. In Norway, he has collaborated with artists such as Margaret Berger, Ida Maria, and Karin Park. Born and raised in Helgeland, northern Norway, with ethnic American (Native American) roots, Robin now resides in Sweden.
