Below you’ll find details about how we handle shipping and delivery.

🚚 Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1–5 business days] after payment is received.
Important: Sometimes I may be away on tour or traveling for performances. In such cases, there might be a delay before I can ship your order. If this happens, I will personally contact you via email as soon as possible to let you know the expected shipping date.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. If you choose a tracked package, tracking details will also be provided.

🌍 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Norway and selected international locations.
If you’re outside of Norway and unsure whether we can deliver to you, please contact us before placing your order.

At checkout, you can choose between:

Tracked Package – safer and includes tracking. Recommended for valuable or fragile items.
Letter (Untracked) – a cheaper option but without tracking. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost untracked letters.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of the items.

(Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unexpected postal delays.)

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracked Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gollebeaivi.no as soon as possible, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Untracked Letters: If you choose the cheaper untracked letter option, we unfortunately cannot replace or refund lost mail, as there is no way to track it.
